If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. We accept returns or exchanges on any unused item within 30 days of purchase.
Do you accept returns on used products? No.
If the item has been used, we will not issue any type of refund or exchange.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
We try our very best to make sure all items are fulfilled correctly, but if you received the wrong item, let us know within 24 hours. Don’t use the item, or we won’t be able to issue an exchange or refund. Once you contact us, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label.

How long before the refunded money is back in my account?
We’ll issue the refund once we’ve reviewed the product. After we issue the refund, it usually takes 3-7 business days to be in your account, but that depends on your bank or credit card company. If you don’t have the funds in your account after we issue the refund, you’ll need to contact your bank or credit card company.
Do you warranty used items?
No, we don’t offer a warranty on any used items. The only items we warranty are items that arrived damaged. Send us a picture of the unused, damaged piece within 3 days.
How do I return my order?
To return your order, you’ll need to contact us using mightyglasspipes.com or TEXT us at 570-614-4594 for an RA number. Then you can ship it back to us. Once we receive it and make sure it's in new, unused condition, we will issue the refund. Once we issue the refund, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the bank to put the funds back.
